Great products available. Enquired about a cable I was interested in. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exact length I was looking for. But they searched other suppliers for me and sent me a link to the other supplier!!! Didn't expect that ! Very helpful.

Fantastic service. I ordered the wrong product after buying a newer EV car the cable was different. EV cable shop were fantastic gave me advice and having to send the wrong item back guided me through to the point of getting the right product. The staff were very friendly and were fantastic product arrived very quickly too.

We needed 2 cables in a hurry and the manufacturer only shipped one. Within the hour Debbie had been in touch (beyond office hours) and said she would send one of the cables they hold in the office in the morning, for delivery Christmas Eve - excellent service, thank you, you really couldn't ask for any more.

Really outstanding customer service. I wanted to buy a second hand e-car. It did not have a public charging cable. The dealer had no idea what was needed. I got good advice from the EV Cable shop on which cable I needed before I bought the cable. When it turned out that I would not be needing the cable after all because the deal fell through, I was able to return the cable without any fuss. Thank you!
