I have recently dealt with Clearwater Solicitors for the sale of one property and purchase of another. The sale went very smoothly and without any problems or delays, however on my purchase of a house the vendors for whatever reason severely limited the time to complete the sale from 28 days to 14 days !!However even though we were caught unawares by this Mohammed was up to the task and completed before the deadline.Thank you Mohammed.

Very rude staff. Lack of knowledge in law. had to instruct a better solicitor. I had to chase them all the time and tell them what they needed to do. Waste of time. Only interested in getting a cut of your compensation these are not to be trusted at all. Mo Yaqub (the director) has stopped replying and avoids our calls and emails. We have had to report this company to the SRA and the SRA have told us they have had other referrals for this company. Very bad company do not go anywhere near them. The reviews on Trust Pilot are suspiciously positive we and others do not believe these good reviews to be real. The negative reviews are all similar which shows they have all had the same awful experience. They are interested in nothing but their cut alone. I advise you no one uses this Soliceter

I just purchased a property through Clearwater. I am an old client of solicitor Sana Iqbal and I had a tight deadline that I needed to meet. Sana reassured me that we should be able to make deadline which we did. As always from start to finish they're very professional. I don't expect anything less from Sana anyway. She is a credit to Clearwater.I'll recommend my friends and family to them any day.

My experience of Clearwater Solicitors and in particular S Iqbal relate to the period of September 2022. We had already had one seller pull out previously and our mortgage offer was due to run out. The seller's solicitor had done no work on the file and we were in danger of not only losing the purchase but the offer as well and with interest rates climbing we were in trouble. Clearwater Solicitors pulled out all the stops to make sure we were able to complete and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They will get it done if things become difficult.

Mohammed and Shaf both have not paid my money, they stole my injury money and my referral money been waiting 8 years now. One day we will all go back to Allah and they will have to pay me. Better to pay me whilst we are on the earth! According to me they owed me 10k back 2015. £2500 for injuries from a PI claim and £7500 for work I did for them.
