Great modern garden centre with cafeThe Homeware section is fantastic (albeit a bit small), and big outdoor plant section had plenty on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful and really seemed to enjoy working there.Cafe upstairs had a bit of a queue , waited 20 mins to be seated, and another 20 for the 2 coffees & cakes to arrive. Lovely decor and nice to see menu that's not generic garden centre cafe food, with plenty of variety and big cake section.Hopefully this place will grow and expand as it had a really nice vibe!

Recently opened and a really nice vibe, a sort of modern twist on the usual garden centre experience.Cafe on site, indoor options & plants and then a big outdoor area outside.You can just feel this place is going to grow and grow, it has loads of potential.Cafe experience was good. Nice coffee and scones but we did wait quite a while. I’m sure they will work out the kinks though, we’d definitely go back

We were travelling home to Dumfries and wanted to find a local place for a coffee.What a find.The restaurant is on the upper floor, giving a great view to the northern fields and hills.The staff are all very friendly and attentive. We had soup of the day ( roast pumpkin- superb) with our coffee, served with crusty warm sourdough bread.All very lovely and we were on our way( after a wander downstairs and outside).This place has great potential and deserves to succeed.

Another great place to go for brunch. Food is amazing and cakes are yummilisiouc. Definitely give it a try

The cafe was lovely, food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We walked through the shop - great selection! There was a huge choice of interesting candles as well. Didn't have time to buy anything so definitely going back!

A Garden Centre with a difference! Quality homewares and a good range of plants. But it is the cafe upstairs that is outstanding. Loveliest halloumi and avocado sandwich ever. Interesting mains options and small bites They have plans to extend with a bakery so will be able to buy the softest tastiest bread they serve in the cafe. Well worth a visit.

Recently opened garden centre with a well stocked outdoor area and busy cafe and shop.

Having been really impressed with the bedding plants I bought early May from Homegrown , I made a return visit yesterday to stock up on some winter plants for my tubs. Was given a lovely mix of colours by a really helpful assistant, and as he had a bit of time, actually filled the tubs for me. I’m delighted with the results! Had a delicious lunch in the restaurant of Orkney Crab cakes, followed by coffee and cake. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming both in the shop and throughout the garden centre. They have a stunning display of Xmas decor which is just a little bit different from other garden centres I’ve visited. All in all a very relaxing day out, and I’ll definitely be returning next week for my fresh Xmas tree!

Lovely plants for indoors and out. Beautiful homeware. And the cafe was lovely, had lunch, beautiful soup and bread, coffee and cake. The menu is exceptional for a garden centre. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite.Will go back again. And I would recommend a trip, even if just for a coffee.

Stunning selection of plants, vases and homewares. Really lovely cafe and huge cake selection. The coffees had three options of non dairy milk, including oatly barista, and the dairy option was Mossgiel. They also had two beans on offer: house blend or a darker roast. There was also bare bones hot chocolates on the drinks menu!
