May Fair Spa

Went for a Moroccan steam cleansing ritual, was a very relaxing experience. Only issue was the steam room wasnt working + the ice for the sauna wasnt available, however we got prosseco for the trouble so not bad. The relaxation room was simply amazing, loved the hibiscus tea and the heated seats, as well as, the wide array of fruits available.The face mask from the ritual didn't do much for me so I cant say much regarding this, but the body mud mask and salt scrub did an amazing job, plus the body oil in the end really helped ensure hydration so my skin was soft and smooth.

Being a London a local this is definitely a hidden gem in bustling Mayfair.Lovely option to do a couples Moroccan Steam Ritual which was amazing and allowed me and my partner to relax and refresh privately in wonderful little Moroccan steam chamber! They finish the treatment off with two wonderful waterfall showers onto your seats!Cara and Elena were so kind and helpful and we will be returning for a few more treatments throughout the year :)Thanks May Fair Spa Team!

We did the couples package and had a lovely 3-4 hours at the facility. The spa is on the smaller side and there is no pool/ jacuzzi but the place is very clean and the steam/ sauna coupled with treatments felt enough to have a relaxing time. The couples massage was very nice and targeted areas we mentioned. The body mud mask coupled with steam room was a melt away in bliss moment. They also gave us a glass of bubbly to celebrate the birthday!

I had such an amazing afternoon at this Spa! The staff were so friendly and helpful.I highly recommend the the mud steam room (my skin has NEVER felt so good) and an hour long aromatherapy massage. On cloud nine!

This is in my top 3 best Spa experiences ever, Cara the manager made us feel so welcomed and was so attentive to all our needs!Fantastic atmosphere and treatments and I’ll be returning every time I visit London from my tiny home in Alaska.

I do not understand how so many people say this was amazing it was awful from start to finish. It was tiny, there's very little to do, it's not really a spa at all it's a sauna and steam room with treatment rooms so it's incredibly boring. They said there was an 'ice fountain' which is literally a bucket of ice chips attached to the wall. We had an afternoon tea in our package which wasn't good at all, the actual tea turned up as I finished eating and even after saying we had a severe nut allergy we were served nuts. I barely ate the food and no one even came over to check on us or said anything, we had about 4 different waiters. The table we were sat at had grime all around the edge it was disgusting. We paid £450 and it says an ESPA spa product is included which we never even received. By the time our treatment was over there was no one to ask about it either. The treatment room was also freezing as the air con was blasting, I was cold to the bone when I left. I rang to complain and someone was supposed to call back but never did. Don't waste your money here.

Had a fabulous body scrub at the spa, really a quality treatment where care had been taken at every moment for the experience to make it as comforting and relaxing as possible. All the staff were lovely.

Went with my partner for the Moroccan steam ritual and it was lovely. Very serene, quality products and excellent service. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful time at The May Fair Hotel Spa preparing for the BAFTA Awards. I had a wonderful aromatherapy massage. The hot chaise are fantastic to relax before and after a facial, massage, steam or sauna. There is a full gym. The lovely manager Cara James made me feel very comfortable. It is an oasis right in the middle of Piccadilly. A place to relax and refresh before, during or after a busy day. I would highly recommend it. The Spa is on Stratton Street, seconds from Green Park tube, minutes from the Royal Academy and Fortnum & Masons and the theatre district of Shaftesbury Avenue.

I have been regular user of the Mayfair hotel over 10 years , and lately the use of the spa facility have been amazing. I have had now several massages which have been so amazing and relaxing Elena who knows how to make your body and soul feel relaxed would recommend anyone to go give her try as well Try the amazing spa facilities meet the team who make u feel at home
