Hair Mekanix

Just had a leg massage with Jade and whilst it was strong it effects are marvellous. I have plantar fasciitis diagnosed by a podiatrist and she suggested that a course of massages to loosen leg muscles would definitely help. Just had my 4th and I would say plantar pain has gone from 9/10 to 1 or 2/10! So happy. The environment in the salon is lovely, courteous and professional, 5/5…. Thank you

I needed my hair roots done to match the rest of my dyed blond hair & asked for a deep conditioning treatment. My roots turned out an obviously different shade of blonde to the rest of my hair & my hair was so dry afterwards it was breaking really easily. It took 2 weeks for me to condition it enough so that it wasn't quite as straw-like anymore. I was quoted £89 over the phone, but when it came to paying I was charged £194. Really unhappy about it.

Great hairdressers, lovely staff who listen and understand your requirements. Highly skilled. Always enjoy my visits. Feel refreshed and happy to have had a catch up too!

Since I moved to the area I chose this place, I loved the lady who was looking after my highlights and hair cuts, until she left.The first time I tried someone else in that place she burnt my hair badly (she was a senior). I understand that things like that happens and did not take to heart and decided to go once more (months later once my hair was more recovered). I decided to have my haired coloured so will risk the damage done by bleaching to the minimum, but oh boy, I ended up with absolutely burn green hair and the senior stylist who advised the girl who was doing my hair said this is what you wanted!" while I was crying there with my hair roasted in musky green. At the end I paid just £50 because I got a discount!!!!!!!!!!! I PAID FOR THE DAMAGE OF MY HAIR!.The owner of the salon was there

Really lovely experience at Mekanix.Very relaxed. Friendly and welcoming.. seems like a really lovely team. I had full head highlights cut and finish .. really was well worth the treat .massive thank you to Kate

I was really pleased with my haircut, and it felt really safe too. Everyone wore masks and the hairdressers were wearing face shields as well. It felt nice and relaxed.

I've been going there for years now and wouldn't change. They have 2 salons, one in West Byfleet and another at Bourne Valley Garden Centre in New Haw, both run by the lovely Gitte. The staff are welcoming, skilled and knowledgeable, and in these current trying times they all obey the Covid 19 rules in regards to temperature check on entry, mask wearing and hand sanitizer. Of course the bonus is it's always nice to have a complimentary tea/coffee/wine/beer while you're under the scissors!!

Katy is absolutely brilliant. I went to a new hairdresser but unfortunately they didnt do my hair as i wanted so went straight to Hair Mekanix and Katy sorted it out for me. She always knows what you want without having to explain much. Brilliant as always. ❤

I can’t recommend Katie and Tracy enough. They are both amazing, friendly and very talented.Both my son and I go to see Katie Tracy regularly. I only need to explain what haircut i’d like and they deliver it exceptionally. I just want to say thank you to you both.
