Alice Sidwell Holistic Massage and Bodywork
Highly recommend a massage from Alice, she is not only fantastic at working out all those knots but always thinks holistically as through massage we have identified a number of things to work on to try and get my stronger and pain free. Alice always makes me feel very comfortable and the room is relaxing, I always look forward to the next massage as soon as the last one is done!

I have enjoyed and benefitted from monthly Holistic Massage sessions with Alice at Monmouth House over a number of years. A wonderful, grounding and gentle experience. Such a calm and welcoming space, and a gentle and caring treatment. Good for the soul as well as the body.
