Very poor service. We ordered a 10 inch cake and when we went for collecting the cake they haven’t provided a carry bag. When asked they said you have to carry like this . Imagine carrying a cake in hand by bus. The staff were rude and said the manager and the senior staff are on leave . Paying the money they asked even for the candle and they can’t provide a bag ..Very poor service !!

I visited the shop on Monday 07.08.2023. The cakes are lovely and fresh, the presentation of the shop is clean and tidy. The staff member needed to learn customer service skills she came across very rude. That's why I'm giving you a 3*
