The whole team at KITE has been beyond splendid throughout the entire process, from measurements to purchase, delivery and everything in between. Sasha, Ed, Jasper are absolutely wonderful and always go the extra mile to make sure you get total satisfaction and everything goes well during installation.The product itself is excellent. It's not the cheapest but, if you look beyond the BS on other website, it's far from being the most expensive too and the quality is there. Just order samples and compare, it's obvious. I have 0 regret going for KITE, on the very contrary. I feel like a valued and cared-for customer, and will not hesitate a second to use them again in the future. Thank you!

A quick note to express our profound gratitude for the service delivered by Ed and everyone else at Kite Flooring. I suspect we weren't the easiest clients to deal with: we changed which product we wanted several times in the lead-up to the final purchase, but they maintained their calm throughout. (Tip: if you can get to the showroom, do so. It makes the decision-making process much easier.) In the end, we opted for the Jasper dark wood floors and we genuinely couldn’t be happier with our choice. The dark wood gives a real warmth to our home, and it feels really special to be able to walk barefoot on real wood. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional as well. Ed and his team worked over-time to make sure that every last detail was taken care of, and checked back in a few weeks after installation to deal with any snagging issues. All in all, we couldn’t recommend Kite Flooring more highly. The floors are beautiful and the level of service outstanding.

Wonderful service. Floors look great. Thank you Ed and the team. Beautiful dark oak textured floor in my bedroom and also a large art studio fitted with the Newington range, a lovely light oak which was really reasonable. The samples Ed brought to try were all spot on and met my brief and it was really easy to choose the floors. The scheduling and invoicing was all handled really efficiently by Sacha in the office. As for the fitters - they were incredible! They did two large rooms in a day (one with a quite complicated dressing room). Admittedly they worked nearly solidly from 7am until after 9 o’clock to get the job done. They left the house looking immaculate and I am recommending Kite to all my friends now. Such good quality at such a fair price relative to the other quotes I got.Thank you so much to all the team at Kite. Kite was fairly proactive about the project to install a new flooring in my bedrooms, and the conversations with Andy and Ed gave us confidence that we were in good hands with respect to installing herringbone which we were incredibly excited about.On the day of the installation I was told that the herringbone could not be installed, despite holding multiple site visits. All the material was left at home, bedrooms cleared only for us to be informed that the flooring we’ve wanted all along cannot be done.This was then followed by the ordering of incorrect skirting causing further inconvenience, with the fitter even missing parts of the home. After months of ordeal, this project has now been completed with a floor which wasn’t what we initially wanted. All in all this has been an appalling experience, and even though Kite did make arrangements to cover up, I’d expect much better from a floor ‘expert’. Would caution anyone looking to install a flooring with Kite.

I used Ed for our living room floors; the quality is unquestionable. samples he provided to what was eventually laid were exact and the delivery team were a pleasure to deal with. Will be using his services on the kitchen very shortly. Highly recommended !

We chose Kite to fit our flooring expecting to pay a premium for the peace of mind that comes with end to end service.What we got was really poor communication - unanswered queries, getting passed around between staff members, none of whom seemed to know what the next was doing and the anxiety that comes with it.The majority of work was carried out by contractors the firm sourced from social media.Throughout the job, the workers consistently prioritised what was easiest/quickest for themselves rather than doing the job properly.Follow up communication was incredibly poor, would not expected to have heard anything if we'd not withheld some money to cover damage done by the fitter, and even then it came months later and didn't strike me as serious or genuine.
