Had to pop in to get my Buds replaced. Took cover out when purchased and a good thing I did. Staff were super helpful and got my pods and was out.The staff were friendly and eager to assist.

negative experience with this company. Absolutely not customer-oriented... ordered a new refrigerator for a new home. Everything was planned to receive it on time. As a result, we received a damaged refrigerator. There are two large stains on the front door. As soon as we discovered the stains, we contacted them for an exchange. Three days have passed, no news... In our new house, where we moved in, there is a damaged refrigerator that we cannot use and that is waiting for an exchange. Regarding the new refrigerator, no one can give information about when it will be... it's just some kind of horror and shame. No one apologized to us and how am I supposed to live without a refrigerator? how and where should I store products? will the company refund me for the damaged products, time and nerves?...no one bears any responsibility. we never received any information. three times we spoke on the phone about this situation and each time told everything from the beginning ... better stay away

I would have bought most of my electrical goods from currys, but I recently bought a tumble dryer that has broken down 3 times in the first few months. Currys customer service has been shockingly bad. This experience has really put me off using currys in the future.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful got my order very quickly and took it to the car I was absolutely delighted

Brilliant service and better value products than on Amazon. I was looking for a tripod. Staff member Cormac lept over to help and got me a brilliant piece of kit at a truly excellent price. Product range is good and the level of staff care and attention to detail is spot on.

Sky high prices, rock bottom service.They gave me a fair bit of cheek after spending a small fortune on a smart TV which didn't have all the features they claimed (this was fixed in a software patch) but that time they did, despite a fairly hostile attitude to me asking for an extension of their 30 day return policy to 60 days to see if the issue was patched out or not, by giving me a cheap amazon firestick. A lot of hostile attitude for nothing. This was about 2 years ago, so it's not like I'm a frequent thorn in their sides.NOTE: This will get long from here on in, I'll provide a summary at the bottom.The earlier this week my (old) keyboard started playing up, typing keys when no key was held down or jamming. So I went in to take a look & hopefully get a replacement.All of the display models were of the new optical style (pressing a key breaks a beam if light, instead of closing a switch) though none of them had a key press that felt 'right'. I've used a friend's mechanical keyboard before and the keys in it had both a tactile bump (letting you know you'd pressed the key) and a quiet click. This is what I was looking for. Found a keyboard in box with keys which were mechanical and apparently had these features according to the box. It was listed as out of stock/discontinued online, so probably the last one in the shop.Before dropping what their site said was £130 for a keyboard I made the simple request of asking if the alarm harness could be removed from the box and the box opened to see if the keys felt right. If you're dropping £130 on a keyboard you're going to want to have one which isn't uncomfortable to use. The box wasn't a open and broken" type
