What an excellent, friendly service from Nina and Gordon. Nina phoned within minutes of me sending an email enquiry, and arranged an appointment for the following week. Gordon arrived early for the appointment and took great care to fix a broken hinge on the oven door.Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't supply the small part that was broken and would only supply a new oven door. However, Gordon took the time to improvise a repair that is strong and effective, and is a lot cheaper than a new oven door.Thanks Nina and Gordon. I would definitely recommend you and will be in contact next time we have an appliance that needs repaired.

Our fridge freezer was repeatedly tripping the electrics in our house. Trying to find a fridge freezer repair person locally was hard to come by. Luckily Gordon came out and confirmed quite quickly the fault was with our heater element for the evaporator. He firstly isolated the faulty part to stop the electrics being tripped and came out a week later to fit the replacement. Top class service and for a decent price. Fantastic photographic tutorial enabled us to diagnose and repair our fridge freezer (replace broken fan motor). The part came in 48 hrs (2-5 days promised) and we have managed the repair ourselves - just the cost of the part. Thank you to Gordon and Nina. Brilliant service.

When my oven broke at the beginning of December the engineer came out the next day, friendly, knowledgable and had the part to hand and completed the repair quickly and to a high standard. All to what I consider to be a reasonable price which he told me before he started the work. 100 per cent would use this company again .. thanks again.... Christmas is saved.

I recently bought a replacement motor for my Kenwood Fridge/Freezer. The service both Nina and Gordon provided was exceptional. The website showed me exactly how I should go about installing the motor. I had initial issues with the 1st replacement motor but after a swift telephone conversation with Gordon, he diagnosed that the issue was a faulty replacement and Nina was immediately sending another replacement within the hour. Delivery time was absolutely amazing. Second time lucky and my Fridge/Freezer was running like new again. I was thoroughly happy with the professional and personal service and aftercare service I received from this company and they will be my first contact if I am to suffer any more issues with any of my appliances. Outstanding and first rate company!

I contacted Kingdom Appliance Care to get a replacement fan motor for our fridge/freezer and received prompt, efficient and very friendly response from both Gordon and Nina. Despite being rather non tech-savvy myself, thanks to Gordon’s very clear and helpful instructions. I managed to fit the new fan motor and had the fridge freezer up and running again in just over an hour! A year on, we have had no problems with it and it is still working well. Fabulous service from a company that cares about its customers. Freezer part arrived exactly as expected after phoning to confirm we were ordering the correct part. The price of the part needed was ridiculously cheap but after months of use it is still working perfectly. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use again for any spare parts or advice regarding kitchen appliances.

My oven went on fire,so I contacted this company. Nina was so helpful & understanding,she booked me in for a repair & few days later,Gordon turned up to look at my oven. The thermostat had gone,so he needed to order the part. He was such a lovely guy,understanding & helpful & lovely to chat to. Gordon replaced thermostat today,checked temperature after to put my mind at ease & really happy to use my oven again. Excellent price for the work that was done!
