Always had first class service from the Cheltenham branch.We have an Pride Apex, which was 22 months old.Assured arranged for a new Transaxle to be replaced under warranty within 7 days and Free of charge.Even phoned us up to say that the scooter has been repaired,and ready to be collected.

When I was looking for a new Powerchair I visited Assured Mobility Showroom Cheltenham because I wanted a local service in case of any warranty issues in the future, and I have not been disappointed, I had fantastic service from Claire. Before I bought the Powerchair I was able to take advantage of the try before you buy option, this gave me a trial for seven days on a rental basis to see if it met my needs, which it did so I purchased one, with the cost of the rental being deducted from the purchase price. 5 months on it developed a problem with a back wheel needing a replacement. I rang Claire who tried to fix it in the shop, when that was not possible, she arranged for an engineer to visit my home the following day. Along came JJ to take a look and he too was not able to fix it on the spot, it needed to go back to the suppliers to source a new part. In the meantime, I needed a chair to keep me mobile, with the help of both Claire & JJ I was able to borrow a Powerchair which was bought to my place of work for my convenience & my Powerchair was fixed within 5 days as promised, very reliable service and would willingly recommend them to my friends and work colleagues.Thank you to Assured Mobility, Claire & JJ

I highly recommend this company. David went above and beyond to get a wheelchair that was suitable for my mum.100% if anymore equipment is required I will be calling upon their services again.

i have just had my 1st one year service on my mobility scooter and wanted to note THAT - firstly, i had a problem right at the start with my scooter, not the companies fault, the staff in the shop fell over themselves to correct it for me and solve it, thank you for that. Next, I had a puncture, phoned Mark Bates Insurance bought via Assured Mobility and THEY were brilliant in getting me home and sorted out and I really advise anyone to get a policy. ALL of my dealings with Assured has been dealt with smoothly and, rare for these days, cheerful happy and friendly staff from A to Z. I have not had better service in this country for many years and Assured deserve a shout out for it, and I am going into year 2 with my scooter confident that Assured have my back. Incidentally, I am normally a grumpy old man and do not normally post such reviews!
