What a service.Stuart and his lovely team helped me in my hour of need when my ring stone fell out.So i asked if he could look after this i also asked him to re-band the ring as it was wearing down.The ring has come back to me and i'm over the moon. Great communication and service from StuartI would highly recommend the team here as nothing was too much trouble.

I cannot recommend this jeweller highly enough. Stuart Robertson talked me through various options to replace my lost wedding ring. When I finally ordered we went into another lockdown before I could collect but, rather than wait, he phoned and posted the ring to me by special” delivery. Great personal attention and I’m very happy with the new ring. Thank you !

So pleased I found this place. I went last week to get a new battery put into my watch. What a pleasure to be served by friendly,helpful people. I went back today to have my watch strap made smaller, the lady that served me(her name is Sharon), was so helpful and patient, the man that was also working was really helpful and friendly, I will return there for any future jewellery problems, I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
