It's a small wildlife park that does it well. For a 2 hour walk around this place is good for half a day's entertainment. We took our 18 month old and she maintained interest all the way around. It was her first experience of a zoo/wildlife park. Slightly parrot heavy at the start then some great exotic animals like the white lions, tigers and tapir!

Family of six. 4 kids 2 adults was £65.50.. do the gift aid and a 10%off return in the year.So visited today after several years of not coming.. absolutely changed for the best. Wasn't bad before but now it's even better and better lay out. Many birds and several other cool animals including 4 big cats lions, tigers, panther and a puma.We came for the lions.Animals all appear to be in appropriately managed enclosures and appeared happy and free as can be in an enclosure...Food on site.. didn't use but there there.Toilets at front of the site.. the only toilets too.I'd say for 65 pounds I'm a happy guy. Kids enjoyed partner did.Car parking was a breeze plenty there.Only gripe is as above only one block of toilets.. 6 Yr old was begging for the loo at the lions and well couldn't be further from the facility's... otherwise a awesome day out..We stayed 2.5 hours and could of been longer..

I visited in October, which I think is their off-season. Although we enjoyed our visit, a lot of the paths were blocked with doors and gates with signs saying, Sorry for the inconvenience." There was no signage to explain why.Instead of a loop around

This place is special. I went because I needed a new home for my fiancé's African Grey parrot. They were very kind and supportive and understanding. They asked questions about his favorite foods. They let us take a walk around the park. The birds and other animals looked happy, well fed and thriving. I hope to visit him as often as I can. The park is mainly run from donations, so if you can spare anything, they would appreciate the donation. As much as I love and will miss that bird, this was the right place to bring him.

Spend a wonderful day here with our 9 year old granddaughter. She loves the parrots, especially when they talk back to her. It was lovely to walk into the aviary's and have the birds flying round you and some landing on you.The white lions are spectacular you spend a long time just stood looking at them. All the other animals were also wonderful. A great day out.

Amazing day out, the animals are well cared for, clean and appear very happy. The facilities are also very clean and the food was to a high standard. We go every year and have never felt anything could be improved. The staff are friendly informative and helpful.

Great place to visit with lots of animals to see and learn about. The number of different birds is amazing. There are lots of different species with walk though experiences, too.The big cats are breathtaking, the size and stature. Special mention to visit Nigel and to read his story, how the wildlife park cared for him.Ticket mention, discount available for Bluelight and NHS workers, so remember to show your card.Parking is available and free, which is always a bonus.Apart from the ticket office lady, most of the front of house staff see a little miserable. A lesson in customer service wouldn't go a miss particularly with the lady who works in the shop near the lions and tigers, we had a 9 Yr old with us during our visit who was shocked at how sarcastic a d miserable she was. It is a real shame from a staffing point and a simple fix with training and the right team.Overall, it is a highly recommended place to visit
