Absolutely wonderful staff, great service and amazing patient centred care. Now my regular pharmacy!

The service here is second to none, and the prices are far cheaper than if buying the SAME medication or item at the chemist opposite Clarendon Park Surgery. More importantly, these people really listen. Today I spoke with pharmacist Jitu about a digestive issue. He listened intently and told me not to buy the item I was intent on buying, but to go for something else instead. He explained why and what might be causing my issue and really took time to ensure that I was happy. Best pharmacy in this area by far!

AVOID FOR PCR TEST!!Me and my family went here to get out PCR test last month as we're flying to Canada, and there were 7 of us. The service was so slow, the was one young lad doing our tests and he took absolutely ages doing the test. We were there for 2 hours doing PCR tests, awful service and no apology. I could look past this horrible experience, but to top it off l was told our PCR test results would be sent to us by midnight the next day, so this would take us to Friday and as l was flying out to Canada on Saturday morning this would be okay.However by Friday midnight no results came and they didn't arrive in my email Inbox until 7am when we were on way to airport. You can only imagine the stress and panic this caused me and my family as we didn't know if we could even fly when we left the house.... DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRE TRAVEL PCR.... My friend went to DAM health on Charles Street Leicester and the PCR tests all done in 10 minutes and results arrived on same day, your better off going there.

Whenever I visit my daughter from my home in Northants I always come here for browse, a poke about and a stock up!. So much cheaper here on I'd say 97% items and service is second to none. Staff are knowledgeable, kind and pleasant...so much better than the big group" pharmacies I have at home!!! Don't change guys!!!"

As useful as a chocolate teapot. Most unhelpful and aloof staff members. Luckily there’s a really keen and helpful place down the road. AVOID. There are better places very close by.

This pharmacy & the staff mainly Mohammed are amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble & they go out their way to help in any way they can. They offer genuine care which makes the relationship between staff & patient personal which shows they care which in my opinion is going above & beyond.

Turned up for a pre-booked COVID vaccination appointment and was told they had no stock of vaccines. Completely wasted trip, had ample to time to inform me there was a stock issue to save a wasted journey but didn’t bother

I booked for a covid jab for Saturday at 9.50am I arrived 10min early. I found that there were 7 people wanting in front of me. The chemist said I have to wait as there is a queue system. I said what's the use for booking a slot????
