Go Commando Bootcamp - Coventry North

I normally hate training, I get bored at the Gym on static running machines etc...My experience at Go Commando Bootcamp was like a breath of fresh air.The first thing that struck me was how much fun everyone was having.People of all shapes and sizes, male and female, young and old (like me).Lee Stuart, the ex-marine owner of Go Commando and my trainer for the day was amazing, putting us all through our paces with a chunk of good natured banter thrown in too.I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get fitter and have fun at the same time...

Best place in Coventry to get fit. Everyone is friendly and helpful
