Brierley Guns

Bought a nice B525sl from them second hand in July. Service was good prices were fair (not cheapest but in-line with most). Only really criticism is the warranty period on second hand guns is too short. Gun was not serviced before selling as pins were pitted (not misfiring) this seems to be a concern as the Gun has since developed a random and Infrequent ejector jamming issue - nothing obviously wrong but it happen every couple of weeks. It really would have been nice to have a warranty with the gun to help with such an issue.Would happily buy from them again if they were selling new or with a longer warranty/ did a service of the gun before selling.Staff generally very pleasant. Store was well kept. Parking was good.Just the warranty on second hand guns is the let down, it becomes unclear of the cost of repair after 30 days.7/10 overall - would have been 10/10 if not for the warranty element.

Great staff, shout out to Carl, he is a great laugh, highly recommended, pay them a visit, I travelled 80 miles to collect my Red wolf and 80 miles back, well worth it.

Absolutely excellent, I've just bought a secondhand Beretta with Optima extended chokes, the spares came in individual tubes. I rang Brierley Guns yesterday afternoon to enquire whether the Beretta choke case on their website would fit my extended chokes, I was assured it would. I ordered online yesterday afternoon expecting it to arrive sometime next week, yet the post arrived this morning and there it was. Great service from Brierley Guns I'll definitely use them again if I need any more accessories for my Beretta.

I was looking for a HW110 laminate in .177 and Bret had 3 in stock.... I rang him and had a friendly chat and drove 81 miles from Llandrillo, North Wales. An exceptional price made it worth a day out and a lovely drive. The shop is very good, lots of stock. The service was second to none.... the prices of the guns is very very competitive. I will be back, worth the trip.

I purchased an airgun scope for my HW35. The airgun is a springer, and it recoils. All of my airgun friends (3) suggested I needed a pinned mount to hold the scope in place. Brierley recommended, sold, and installed mounts without pins. When I fired about 100 rounds, the scope moved about 4 inches. I went to my reliable gun shop, a distance a way (I chose Brierley because it was close) and they sorted the problem with proper mounts. I tried to return the mounts to Brierley, as they recommended, sold and installed them on my air rifle. They said because the mounts were used

Absolutely fabulous place. Very friendly staff and customers, all happy to share their experience and offer advice. The prices are much more competitive than most places, including online. On arriving home, I found out that several well-known online retailers are selling the air rifle I just bought for nearly £200 more than I just paid, so I'm very happy. Will definitely be back.

Popped in this week for a new shotgun, great service from Bret . This is the second gun I have bought from him ,wouldn't hesitate to go back again .
