Hayden's Dog Walking Services

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I am sure Hayden is a good dog walker, but for me reliability is absolutely key. Sadly, after two telephone conversations, and agreeing to help once a week with my dog when I have to go into the office, I get a text 10 days later, on the Sunday evening, two days before he’s due to start to say he’s had a change of heart because it doesn’t fit with his schedule. If it doesn’t, that’s fine, but leaving it 10 days and then telling me almost last minute makes me think I’ve had a lucky escape. As anyone who needs a dog walking service knows, being able to count on that person is very important. There wasn’t even a call to apologise, or an offer to help this week due to the short notice to buy me time. Very disappointing.
