Worst service very rude staff specially the girl on til . She started shouting when I asked for the local business or student discount.Need to change staff for a better service. The shoe I purchased is defective I asked if they can do anything So manager replied when U will wear any how it will get some cracks .What a great answer!Worst experience never gonna come hack though I paid £49.99 for the shoe but completely disappointed

Last time i will ever shop in footasylum again!!!! I Came in yesterday afternoon to look for a sports dress, walked in through the front entrance past two female workers, who started laughing as i walked by. I glanced over after feeling a bit insecure and saw them both looking at me and laughing. Made me feel awful! I needed help but decided to just leave and go to JD sports as there was hardly any staff in there and i certainly wasn’t going to ask those two witches for help!!

Hardly got through the door before the two staff members at the front not so quietly insulted myself and my partner, reading the other reviews, clearly no one cares about their job. Glad I didn't give money over to fund this weird play group.

Went here yesterday and the staff (two young girls) were extremely rude. They laughed as i walked in and then i heard one say “i know what you’re laughing at” as i turned around they were both looking at me laughing. Made me feel very uncomfortable!! They then proceeded to stare at me whilst giggling as i very quickly exited the shop. Id rather spend my money elsewhere where i’ll be treated with respect. Not laughed at by two disrespectful girls. Get some better & more respectful staff!!

Doesn't do man size clothes meaning XXL or bigger as I am a larger man and really do like the atire, I think you could do a lot better with the large sizes
