SF Zinger Chicken

I have read all the reviews, some are positive & some are with bad experiences. I don’t want to comment on anyone’s personal experiences. I’m a regular customer of this food place & whenever I have ordered I always got the best food with absolutely amazing quality. Delivery was always within the time frame allocated by restaurant. Taste is good & food quality is good, No complaints in anything. The only thing i noticed that walkin has less options to order where as website has lots of options to place the order, so i prefer always the website to place order. At times i have ordered nearly the closing time of this restaurant but they never ever declined my order, where as some restaurants they decline it by saying it as restaurant is closed & customers face the issue with hunger. But this restaurant they’ve processed the order & provided the food before the closing time orders as well.PS - This is my personal experience with the restaurant services & I am posting my review based on my own experiences. No one paid me to post this review.

Lovely staff 100% recommend this place go to this place very often friendly staff must try there mega mix burger absolutely fantastic portions a great size will 100% fill you up

The worst place in this area! I ordered 4 burgers and they tasted like they were 3 days old and please don’t go to that shop it’s literally food poisoning.

I thought I'd give this shop a go last week (16th August) I think.. And I got to admit the chicken was delicious. It fell apart in my hand and was still moist... It was that nice I've just been and got another meal from there. Staff are lovely people too.. See yous next time(Clint)

Food is really nice n u must be to try cheese burger n grilled wings one of the best things love food

We arrived in Great Barr from London with our kids for a mini break and placed an order over the phone. 3hrs later, the guy calls and says driver is on the way. Are you kidding me?? Thank god we found some places to buy food from near our hotel. This kind of standard is why London will always be a place that does everything better, even the bad ones!

I regularly order from this chicken shop, and have never placed a review online for any shop. For context the McDonalds down the road always comes cold, and will probably have messed up your order, but this shop will never fail to deliver a 10/10 high quality and quickly delivered meal. Go here, im telling you. In fact, I am going to order food after writing this. :)

Placed quite a large order late Friday night and unfortunately an item was missing, I called to inform them and item was sent out with a free bottle of coke, great service and very much appreciated. Great food at great prices and staff I spoke to on the phone were so polite and helpful, delivery guy very nice and friendly. Thank you.

AVOID — I ordered for delivery chicken fillet burger meals and the man put small chicken nibbles in the buns when I called him he said well you said send the food quickly so I put in the burger what was ready. Chips were crunchy and cold when I asked about chips he said these are the type of chips we sell here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY £20 wasted

Well where do I start, I went in for a chicken burger. I stated I wanted it as a single and not a meal, he then charged me for the meal. When I told the man serving I asked for a single burger and not a meal he then said I am a Muslim guy I do not lie. I was then taken back that he had said that. As I don’t understand why he would bring religion into this. I then said there’s been a misunderstanding with this order, he was then getting angry and said in islam we do not lie. At this point I asked for my money back and told him I will not be coming back. I’m actually disgusted with how I was treated and how religion was bought into this! Felt very uncomfortable! I will definitely not be going back. And hope no one else has to go through this if they order from this shop.
