I was really nervous about visiting for the first time for laser hair removal as I had been embarrassed about this issue for years. I didn’t need to feel worried at all! Barbara made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. She fully explained the options and procedure and answered all my (sometimes stupid!) questions. I have had two treatments so far and am very pleased that I am finally on my journey to feeling more confident about my appearance. I can’t recommend Barbara enough.
