Laura was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She efficiently booked my appointment and gave very clear directions to the site.I thought the video of the inspection was very useful. I was pleased with the work undertaken. But I am not really happy about the fact my vehicle doesn’t seem to have tyre pressure monitoring as described in the Renault specifications and manual.

I can’t fault the service we received when purchasing our car. We popped in on the off chance, got a test drive straight away and received our car a week later. Shane was so helpful and checked up a few days after we had the car to make sure everything was ok. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The staff were super helpful, even to the extent of getting my car serviced while I waited as I had to get to work - big thanks to Laura Doulton who organised that. Really useful to have the video of the 'health check'. The whole process was super easy.The only way you could improve the service? Non-dairy milks for the tea and coffee!
