Wouldn't normally complain about the drivers but just had some terrible service recently. Absolutely shocking, one of the drivers was handed my daughters bank card and he never handed it in even tho I called and logged a report. No other depot cuts up bank cards but apparently this depot does. The driver still should have reported he was handed a card and logged it in their records even if it's their policy to cut up cards but he never did this ... what is the point of handing anything in to a driver if this is what they do?

Absolutely appalling service once again!!! Not even worthy of one star rating! Been waiting on 61 due @7:02 now 7:19 however 2 busses have passed me showing not in service??? People still need to get to work!

I find it disgusting drivers after over a year still not giving change to there passengers. I use public transport twice daily .and not always got the right change .but still they dont give you change .I work in the care sector. And go to go to work

Very helpful people. Lost my DSLR camera on a Sunday afternoon. Called them, had it located within 15 mins and arranged it to be picked up the next day (since I couldn't pick up the same day). Pick up was swift, friendly staff, was in and out within 10 mins.

Waiting at Roker Terrace for nearly 1 hour before bus turned up. Asked driver what the problem was, his reply don't know. Really was not interested. Bus Service was E1 on Saturday 12th August 2023.Should of got a taxi I think

Been waiting at the silksworth the range stop for nearly 30 minutes. This because the bus didn't turn up the time stated!! 17:28 to fawcett street. We have to pay for this it's not free!!!!

There is no social distance on buses and people boarding without a face covering and bus drivers should be refusing them if they get on without a mask or a disability card

The number 60 from Ryhope MacDonald's is awful. During the weekday its ok, but the night is terrible, and Saturday. Either waiting ages or you miss them by an inch. Needs to be desperately re balanced to suit all.

Can’t pay for public transport with a card. Must be cash. Wonder if HMRC knows how widespread this is? Unacceptable Go North East. You get an F as a service provider.
