Phil was easily contactable and responded almost immediately, followed by an email outlining date of appointment and anticipated fee. Arrived promptly. Identified the problem almost immediately - his experience was apparent!. Effected the repair and tidied up afterwards. Cannot recommend highly enough - both for good communication and technical expertise - and also at reasonable cost

I can’t recommend Phil enough!He went above and beyond to ensure he fixed the hoover which I had quite frankly given up on and as quickly as possible which I’m so grateful for (I know how busy he is)!I live so far out the way and he returned numerous times to ensure the hoover and the parts were correct and ensured I was happy with everything.Such a lovely man, really did care for customers (and even the hoover which we felt like throwing out of the window)! Phil came to repair my washing machine this afternoon and has done an excellent job. I was worried i had to fork out for an expensive replacement after the drum stopped spinning, but right away phil was sure it would be bushes on the motor and sure enough when he arrived he was spot on. Should i have issues again I will definitely use again, saved me a fortune.

Such a lovely guy, he helped us fix the heating on our dryer and it works perfectly fine. Even helped us to get a spare part all the way from his workshop to repair the appliance. Highly recommend and will be using Bare Appliances for any future appliance repairs!

Great service! Asked him to come and look at the washing machine, had to wait a few days for him to come due to his full schedule....after his service I can see why! Professional, friendly and great value. Would recommend this guy to anyone.

My built in fan oven required new heating element having been quoted a five week wait to use manufacturer repairs I found Bare Appliance Repairs on line and was glad I did as service provided was excellent. Prompt, professional and at a reasonable cost.Would definitely recommend.

The washing machine at CancerCare is vital. Having discovered we could not unload the machine as the catch was broken I contacted Phil at Bare Appliance. In the space of 30 mins he had visited, looked at the machine and opened it, fitted a new catch and handle and rebalanced it. Absolutely 1st class job with a smile. he then proceeded to gift the whole service to our Charity free of charge. Thank you so much Phil. From all at CancerCare.
