Lucky to get 1 star. Recently returned a lease vehicle to Athlon and just received an end of lease invoice. The invoice total was extortionate! A charge of £770 for a missing bumper trim was just one of the costs on the invoice. After obtaining a quotation from my local main dealer I can confirm the replacement part including fitting is £185. How many unsuspecting people have this company conned out of their hard earned money? They use an inspection company called Vehicle Quality Solutions Ltd, if you are returning a vehicle make sure you have anything beyond wear and tear repaired before these people turn up as they are the company who create the costings for the charges. Follow them around the vehicle whilst they inspect it. Once they have conducted their inspection make sure you read through their report and observe the photos before signing the collection report. Take your own photos and videos of everything inside and out with date and time stamps, you may find you need them as evidence with these companies. Better still, avoid Athlon Mobility UK or anyone who uses VQS inspection company.
