Wonderful, friendly mechanic. Great human being. 100% will be my go to when in Newton Abbot and surrounding areas. I saw reviews about how Brian didn't answer his work phone and isn't always at his shop which felt unfair. This place is a one man shop, run and operated by a single person so of course you can't expect the same as a big bike shop with someone paid just to answer calls and be there while the mechanics are down the pub for lunch. He's quick, efficient and a great chat if you stick around while having your work done.Went to Brian after an issue with my chain left me cold wet and miserable. Seeing that I was far from home and in a panic he adjusted & lubed the chain for free and gave me some additional advice before offering for me to come back a couple days later to check my bike over before a cross country ride. I wish I'd had the time to pop back in before a ride to London but my entire route was flagged with severe weather warnings and there just wasn't enough sunlight in the day.

Absolutely top man. He's always prepared to offer advice, his work is top notch, he spots things that others miss, his rates are extremely reasonable, he's got years and years of experience - what else could you possibly want from a motorcycle mechanic? Oh, and he never advertises and he's always busy - what does that tell you about recommendations and returning business? I recommend him unreservedly.
