I’ve found heaven.A truly magical place where all your dreams will come true. Sandra and her team will make you feel like Cinderella. I found my dream dress and felt like a princess all day. Even when having fittings, couldn’t help but ooogle over all the sparkles. A beautiful shop and well worth a visit.

Quite an unpleasant experience for myself and my bridesmaids. We weren't made welcome at all and weren't shown where to sit/put our things. I was told the shop would be closed as they prefer 'one on one', however the shop remained open and people were roaming around the shop whilst I was trying the dresses on.When trying on dresses, I was told my bridesmaids opinions didn't matter and to 'pretend they aren't there'.When I was in the changing room getting in and out of the dresses, comments were made about my size which made me feel upset, uncomfortable and want to burst into tears...not what I should feel when finding a dress for such a magical occasion.Overall a not very nice experience for someone looking to find their perfect wedding dress. Would not recommend.

25 minutes late for the appointment, multiple snide comments, no photos allowed so I could see what I liked and I left feeling really dejected. Went to a few other shops and all were lovely, kind and helpful apart from here. Avoid. Seriously, avoid!

What a horrible lady. First went in initially she was friendly, told me if I’d like to try anything on to come back in an hour but I’m welcome to look on the hangers. I returned an hour later and whilst she was finishing putting away from the last client I continued to look at the dresses. She told me ‘Go stand in the corner as I don’t want you in the way, I’m putting these dresses away’. I waited at the desk where she interrogated me about my wedding, wanting exact date, exact venue, exact theme, and was very unhappy unless I described exactly the dress I was looking for (I didn’t know for sure without trying some on). She was very reluctant to help as my wedding is a few years away and she said she only likes to work with brides with less than a year until their wedding, didn’t want me to look as I don’t live in Yeovil, however I wanted to try on dresses with my mother who finds it difficult to travel, and questioned wether I’d even travel back for fittings… and then turned round and asked if I even would pay for a dress today! In the end we decided to take my money elsewhere, what an unwelcoming person.

As a mother of the bride, my daughter & I had a lovely time visiting the shop for the dress!". Sandra was very welcoming & helpful and made the whole experience one to remember. I would thoroughly recommend Eleanor Florence to any bride looking for the perfect dress."

Beautiful shop, lovely people. Sandra even started a support group for brides who had to postpone their wedding due to Coronavirus.

Having left it very late I was worried I wasn't destined to find my dream wedding dress, but I was recommended to visit Sandra at Eleanor Florence and I'm so glad I did!She is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable with a fantastic range of dresses and I came away with the most beautiful dress which I can't wait to wear.Thank you!

Beautiful shop with an amazing selection of dresses!Nothing is ever too much for Sandra, and I can’t wait to see her business grow with the move to a bigger shop next door!!
