The assessor who came to me Joe was very polite and helpful if not very strict on the requirements needed to comply with fire safety.The report was very concise and well presented along with explanations of things i needed to put right to meet compliance.As for after service, on calling the office i never had to wait too long for an answer to my phone calls and when answered i found a very helpful lady Gee San who would deal with my enquiries and assist me in getting through to right person.I can and do recommend LS Fire Solutions.
