City Plumbing were recommended to us by our builder as quality bathrooms. From the initial contact, to Aston coming over to measure the bathroom and to meeting with him at the showroom, Aston couldn't have been more helpful. He kept in regular contact and was able to accommodate any changes I requested. Aston also did his own research to get us the best deal.The bathroom is not yet finished but I know if I have any issues or questions Aston will be more than willing to help.I would definitely recommend City Plumbing.

I highly recommended City Plumbing for bathroom products & accessories. They have a lovely showroom and we found the best bathroom fittings and accessories in Thanet here. Aston was amazing and so helpful, we loved working with him as he took his time with us and gave us very useful recommendations and advice, without being pushy.The best service ever and a massive thank you for all your help!

Having a complete refit of a bathroom, I went to City Plumbing to get the fittings etc. Aston Sams, the showroom manager, was more than helpful. (the five stars are as much for him as they are for the company). Aston gave us ideas, talked it through and supplied everything we asked for. Even when I made an error and ordered the wrong size bath, Aston quickly arranged delivery of the right one and refunded the difference immediately. He was always on top of the whole process. Best experience I've ever had for ordering multiple equipment. Will always use CP again and would recommend them to anyone.
