Charter Security

SCAMMERS. They do not have their own competent staff so they hired me via another agency now neither are paying. Whenever I try to contact them they give a new number to talk to.

Well where do I start? This company has a horrible controller called 'Steve' hes full of attitude, causes problems, fights with guards, and gets people into trouble by confirming shifts behind your back, he likes to act as if he's the one who controls everything and nobody has power apart from him. every 5 months they are constantly changing managers the management are completely useless cant resolve issues, they are useless in providing uniforms, if someone calls in sick the company falls apart in finding replacement guards. I left this company due to the fact they have no decent contracts at all.. I met alot of decent guards in this company but sadly I had a horrible time working for them. The only good thing I can say about this company is the payroll department, payslips are always spot on but Honestly I do not recommend joining this company whatsoever.

Ahh since Charter Security Replied claiming to be under new management ill give my review of the company,I would like to first mention that the company was offering position on indeed which were for supervisors in Security claiming to be £12+ and as i proceeded to go forward with an interview i was told no position had existed, then after speaking with a fairly large fellow he wanted me to work in Chinqford on a construction site being paid £8.15 and would go up to £9.80 after i told him its to far he said he would check for other positions. i did tell him that i would be in contact to give more details.after 2 days i kept on getting call after call saying that i need to attend so and so site if i didn't then i would forfeit my employment with the company so i had a bit of shouting match with the controller who refused to give his name and i had then received many threatening calls about not attending site as it was clear the controller had needed a scapegoat for his incompetence.i was glad i found work with another company because it showed the lack of professionalism in the workplace no company should be making any idle threats to members of the public as they are unaware of any potential ramifications, im happily employed by a company which will likely absorb Charter Security in the near future as they are constantly winning and renewing important contracts.Work on building your reputation and ask guards for feedback on a one to one basis as their is a requirement for you to change the direction your company is going in. im not interested in working with you so good day.

Charter Security is really good Company and Staff I have been working more than 3 years experience is great.But i m waiting my shifts since long time.
