I really enjoyed this course and it exceeded my expectations honestly.Prior to this course my knowledge about the care sector was very narrow. However, during this course I’ve come to discover the many different roles in this sector. Lastly, before starting this course it was a while since I’ve been in a learning environment so I was dreading it. Luckily, the tutor we had Kelly Bailey was very excellent in her teaching, reason being she was very interactive and spoke about her experience as a carer preparing us for what’s to come.I really recommend this course to anyone that wants to see the difference they are making almost instantly by the smile they’ll get from the individuals being cared for.

Step into care course allowed me to gain new skills and knowledge that will open new doors in my future career. I have enjoyed each day and each class. All the staff is really professional, caring and helpful. Embark Learning and Fairway work for people and around their lives. I had such a positive experience and a great time.

I've really enjoyed this Level 1 Health and Social Care course taught by Kelly Bailey who is one of the most amazing people I've met. Her lessons are fun and her teaching is very helpful as well as that she is very thoughtful and takes care of her student's needs. The teacher Martin Bate is also very nice and thoughtful and I loved being taught by him. All the other staff I've met such as Darren, Alex, Kelly Brookes, Kelly P were really nice and very welcoming. I've also met some other amazing students on the course that I've made great friendships with. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to start their career in the health sector as it is very informative, it teaches us skills that we can use in our own lives and the staff make us feel like we're part of a big family.

I was unsure about the course but knew I wanted a future in care. The assessors and their colleagues were brilliant and made me feel welcomed on the course. Over the four weeks I have built up my confidence and feel that I have the support in the place to succeed.

Through the systematic study of the entire training course, I have a deep understanding of the whole process, responsibilities and obligations of being a qualified adult care worker. It is no longer the simple care and companionship I imagined in the past, but the proper care based on basic respect and the all-round professional skills in mental health, safety hazard investigation and social development. I would like to thank my tutor Kelly, a very responsible and rigorous lady, whose work efficiency makes me respect her very much.

I recently completed Level 1 in Health and Social Care course which I enjoyed very much. I gained new skills which will be very useful in my future career as a care assistant. Our tutor was great and approachable. Thank you for this opportunity.

The Embark health and social care training was a really learning curve and exciting educational experience. All the trainers were excellent in their lecture delivery methodology. They were outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better organisation to undergo this training. The team of educators and trainers led by Kelly Bailey were very empirical in their teaching methods.I’m very grateful for this opportunity.
