Vendula London - Gabriel's Wharf

a nice little shop near the London Eye. very friendly staff.

Unfortunately, it is closed today. My tourist friend and I were looking forward to visit, but it was disappointing to find it closed.

Vendula London have the most exquisite bags and key rings! I just love it. All vegan too, it doesn’t get better than that! I’m addicted and I just can’t get enough!

I love this place!! The lady working there is so kind and I just had a lovely time shopping! Vendula purses are the BEST!

The shop was lovely, however the customer service was quite bad. My mother picked up a bag that she was looking to purchase, however the woman working there grabbed it off of her to show to a different customer without speaking to my mother.

High quality products, online and phone customer service is great and they are responsive to queries about whether an item will be in stock again etc, and shipping is prompt. Could have done without the recent steep rises in price, though!The only issue with the website is the way it prompts you to choose your location. The option is often delayed and it's jarring when the page reloads again slowly once you've chosen your flag. A lot of sites choose location automatically and give you the chance to change it later, which works out a lot smoother.In terms of the physical shop, the layout is great and most of the staff, including the older lady and the gentleman who used to serve the Covent Garden store have always been lovely. The younger lady (Andii) isn't always receptive to customers, and has been a bit cold when I've visited.

Great experience in the shop, very friendly staff and really amazing bags for …my mum! She loves it.
