Such a lovely experience booking a holiday with TUI Penarth, the staff are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. We've booked several holidays with Hannah and are looking forward to booking more in the future. I would highly recommend that anyone who wants to book a holiday books through them.

I went into TUI Penarth today and met with Hannah. Hannah was absolutely fantastic. She has such an in depth knowledge of the various destinations TUI offer and was very patient running through all possible hotels to find the one that met our requirements perfectly. We booked a holiday in the Canary Islands in October and then a superb looking cruise in the Caribbean flying from Cardiff next year. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we can’t recommend TUI Penarth enough.
