One of my very best shopping experiences in recent times. To be entirely candid, I went to the store simply to compare prices and then source my purchase online. I was instead so impressed by Jordan - by his breadth of knowledge of the products (and of the industry generally), his attentiveness, his patience and his cordiality - that I decided to prioritise customer service ahead of price in my purchasing decision. Credit, too, to Hayley who was also very approachable and helpful.

The product we've chosen is good quality at a good price. However, the service was exceptional. Hayli was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She gave us good advice and support without being pushy. The company have an excellent ambassador.

I knew little about floors coming in but Mike was amazing. He talked me through each floor and explained what the process was for each one - he is very knowledgable!Floors are at a very good price, I would recommend coming here and asking for Mike!

In all honesty, I wasn't expecting to purchase from this store and was using it mainly as a cost and product comparison exercise. However, the service and product that was provided by the manager, David, was excellent. We needed a product to cover over 140 sq.m, which was not only delivered promptly but was of 5* standard. I am very pleased with everything from start to finish and will be using Flooring Superstore again.

Nothing was too much trouble for Hayli and colleague. The technical knowledge was second to none and we purchased LVT for our kitchen and shower room.Without their advice we could have laid the LVT wrong.Many ThanksKev
