Bruce Simpson, in particular, was most helpful and efficient when it came to putting in our New Prematic Cylinder. He spend some time talking to our plumber and a week later we were in receipt of our new Prematic cylinder which has worked extremely efficiently since then. Fantastic service. Having had very little storage space in my new house and not wanting to put in a combi boiler, McDonald Engineers manufactured a tall, slimline hot water tank for me to fit neatly in the back of my only cupboard. It's superb! And I can still use my cupboard for proper storage space. Professional service from start to finish.

Fantastic service from a talented company.We needed a bespoke system hot water cylinder for the loft and they made it to a certain diameter and horizontally mounted for us. The delivery was quick and they helped us out with any questions we had.Would recommend to anyone 100%.
