Avoid this company:They are terrible getting hold of any of the supervisors is impossible and when you finally do they are rude, Ingrid the area supervisor is a very rude and disrespectful person.I was granted paternity leave just to go off and take it when I returned to work they told me I wasn’t getting it.The school I worked at didn’t even like the company.They deduct money from your wages when they please.The supervisors went on holiday and left me to cover 3 peoples work on top of my own area in 30 minutes I had spare.My mum also worked at the company and was sacked for no reason, they said they would provide a reason in a letter that they will send out to her - yet she still is waiting on this letter months after her dismissal.AVOID RAPID CLEAN AT ALL COSTS.

Initially, Rapid Clean were great. I spoke with a sales rep on several occasions, but since being tied into a contract with them the cleaning has progressively worsened. We have called the Contract Manager in, and she is great to be fair to her, but the cleaning is awful.Our Facilities Manger re cleans on a Tuesday when he is in to get it to the standard we need. It is such a shame because I had persuaded my Directors to go with Rapid clean only to be let down within the first 6 months.The cleaners do not stay as long as they are being paid for (and yes Rapid, we have CCTV proof and our alarm system logs every deactivation and activation) so i can see how long they have been in for. I was also at work one evening helping a client set up for the Monday and there was only 1 cleaner on site!! we are paying 10 hours on a Sunday?! Our building is fairly big with 11 meeting rooms including an Auditorium so how they expect 1 person to do all of that is beyond me.This has now escalated up to me and I will be ending the contract early. Unfortunately I handed this over to the FM last year and we missed the deadline to get out of the contract! Nightmare!!I wouldn't recommend Rapid clean as a business especially if you rely on the clean to have your business ready for your clients on a Monday morning.The staff I am sure are all very nice, and they have all been pleasant, but that doesn't make up for a poor job being done. We are a Charity and never have money spare so this has been a real let down.I don't like to come online and write bad reviews but i wish I had seen the reviews before signing a contract. Lesson learnt!

I felt i needed to write a review about my Employment with Rapid, it is my 15th year ,my plan was to stay for 5 years !!although I can't tear myself away . Rapids value for customers and employees continue to far exceed expectation . Our leaders Jeff and Paul certainly lead by example, they really do care and are very fair, open honest and a joy to work with . Looking at some of the reviews make me a little sad as we always endeavour to pull out all the stops to make our customers and employees happy . I can assure anyone that has any doubt that all Rapid clean departments are here to help anyone that needs it . I plan to finish my working life at Rapid and can think of no other company I would be happier working for, and definitely would not have stayed so long if i saw one iota of disregard, or unfairness to our customers or employees. Our experience with Rapidclean has been very positive. They have offered a professional and efficient service and our offices are always cleaned to a high standard. I would recommend Rapidclean to anyone wanting a high-standard cleaning company.

Our contract with Rapid started three months ago. The cleanliness in our office has improved significantly. Communication is fantastic, whether with Karen (Customer Relationship Manager) or Dariusz, our Contracts Manager. Thank you for the excellent service you provide us.

I was expected to clean 7 treatment rooms, 3 small toilets, large reception room, kitchen and 2 long corridors in 2 hours. There was no way I could reach that expectation in the 2 hours.I left the company and rang there payroll department on couple of occasions, to add salt to the wounds there payroll phone number is set at premium rate which I was charged £18.00 on my Bill.

I have logged multiple complaints over the last year none have which have been taken seriously. I have given notice to terminate as they have breached their service level agreement. I have been told I can only complain on their form even though terms say in writing. I am not allowed to mention past complaints in it even though they have not been resolved. Management and Service is very poor.

We have used Rapid Clean for several years now and they continue to provide us with good service. The cleaners are thorough & the account managers are attentive and keep on top of any issues that may arise. As a Facilities Manager it's important that you have confidence in the cleaning team, and i do.

I am headteacher of a school where the standard of cleaning has been terrible for a number of months. The worst offense has been cleaning toilets with the same equipment as the main classroom. Our complaints take ages to be addressed and the site supervisor lies and is aggressive. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

They are a joke they make jobs up to get response and don't trust someone called Melania In anyway she will lie though her teeth
