We always get great service and vehicles from Tony & Co at Zi. Big choice of vehicles too and they're always well presented and virtually brand new. Happy to recommend without hesitation. The only company we use when in need of vans for our weekly deliveries. The fact we can choose large or small week to week is a big help to us and allows us to operate as efficiently as possible.

We hired a Transit 9-seat bus for a 3 Peaks challenge weekend. Newish, tidy vehicle that drove really well. Unfussy booking, pickup and return. Good price. Friendly service, we didn't feel nervous that we were going to be stung with hidden charges or spurious damage claims like you hear about with so many rental agents, and we weren't. Courteous and efficient handling of paperwork, no hassle; all in all a good experience.

Got stung for a Call charge of just under £5 - just for making a quick enquiry. Be wary they may be cheap because they are ripping you off with call charges.

Excellent service at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend ZI if you are looking for a friendly, reliable and efficient car hire service. The online booking process resulting in collection being a matter of minutes and similar with drop off. I changed/extended my booking a few times without any hassle and would definitely use them again.
