I have used Craig several times in the past. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else, the price is always right, no job is too big, workmanship is amazing, materials used to the highest quality. Anyone in the South Wales area needing work doing on the house don’t look anywhere else!

Just had our living room stairs and landing re carpeted and I would highly recommend them Turned up on time and done the job in a very professional manner.Will be having them back to carpet the back bedroom.They have carpeted our front bedroom also

We Approached the shop about a week ago & the lady was very helpful. Someone came over to the house to measure up within a few days & I’m just waiting for a quote. So far very friendly, informative and speedy, lovely range of carpets available, I get a good feeling from the reviews. (Will update)

Craig made my kitchen floor a thing of beauty. Fantastic job levelling the floor and a beautifully laid vinyl, all for an excellent price. I can understand why he is so busy.Had Craig back to floor my bathroom. Brilliant detail work and a quick and well priced job.

I really couldn't recommend Craig and Pontypridd Carpets more highly. My property was severely damaged in the Feb 2020 floods and I decided to take the opportunity to recarpet the entire house. However, by the time my insurance company had finished their side of things I'd moved from the area. So the job was managed remotely, which wasn't ideal, but Craig made the process stress-free. From splitting the invoice to cover flood damaged and non flood damaged areas, to offering to come back and complete the work at a later date because I'd discovered some problems with floorboards on stairs a few days before he was booked to do the work. And when I forgot to send the code to keysafe on the day he arranged to return, he simply came back to complete the job the next day and didn't want any extra money for this. This is the kind of personal service you really wouldn't get from one of the big chain stores. And his prices? Well I had to reread the quote a few times to try and figure out what hidden cost I'd missed! There were none. Great service at a great price. Many thanks Craig!

A brilliant service delivered by Craig. He came to the house several times as we were having problems with the original flooring, to make sure it was suitable to lay LVT straight down. He was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop in regards to better deals and delivery period. Always available when we had questions, and we had a lot of them. Top guy with lovely good quality flooring. Would definitely recommend and be using in the future
