Unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy! It is sad that I have to mention the truth - never provided me a quote after waiting more than 6 months even though they men arrived to assess the work -absolutely terrible experience to go through especially being registered disabled and been promised more than few dozen times that estimate will be provided very soon - never did!How do you expect them to carry out the works when they cannot provide a simple quote - absolutely appalling service!!!

Couldn't be happier with this company.Arrived on time, spent ages trying to get the heating system working, ended up spending 6.5 hours fixing it and getting rid of airlocks. Then apologised for the length of time and only charged us for half of the hours spent on site!??!Fantastic service!
