The worst experience is their, the computer doesn't work properly during the exam and if you ask something from the staff they looked at you like you ask them to donate their kidney to you, they are there frustrated you more and more, I travel 3 hours to reach there, and they even don't told me what to do and play listening test before I understood what happens it's stopped, don't go in this centre if you want to pass your exam.

The people were rude, treating you like a prisoner. In the informational email, they said they would provide a sheet of paper and a pencil for notes. We asked the guy for it, and upon our insistence, he started yelling at all of us, saying that the conditions had changed and we wouldn't have it. ALL of them were unprofessional. The person overseeing the exam was impolite, the one checking us seemed like they hadn't taken a bath in weeks. There was a smell in the place that was pathetic, especially for a £200 exam. Unpleasant experience, unpleasant place, unpleasant staff – a disgrace. I would NEVER recommend it, and I even considered taking legal actions. Moreover, I will file a complaint on the UK government's page to ensure scrutiny of the providers they endorse, given this absolute incompetence.

Worst experience and would not recommend anyone to take exam at this centre. my wife had B1 exam which was cancelled even after correcting her name with LanguageCert customer support about 4-5 days before the exam. LanguageCert portal was already showing the name updated but the test centre has not updated the name and didn't allowed to give the exam. Due to the internal communication of Languagecert and the vendor MTS we had to suffer and travel back again on next weeked from Reading to Birmigham. At the same time there were other people also going through similar issue. People complaning of other problems with system's not working and switching them from one terminal to other. Overall avoid this centre, staff no helpful

Aww too hot!! Dizzy all day because exam venue too hot, can't concentrate. Staff are friendly helpful and caring, even asked if I'm ok. But how can I be ok in that heat? Poor staff looks totally red face when making announcement. Hope I will never be back!

Good place. Notices and assistance are available so you are informed and guided on what to do at all times. At the door, you press for Floor 2 as there is no 3 button, however.

One of the worst experiences ever. Originally booked for with LanguageCert Southampton and was told they cannot do Southampton A1 test so we were told to go to Birmingham (130 miles away from where we are). We travelled all the way to Birmingham, when we got there at 2.15 for a 2.30 test not once were we told there was a problem, the man told her to sit down and wait which she did. They claimed they called her name multiple times which they did not and then magically apparently found her to tell her she cannot do the test which, the worst thing is after we booked with this company we were nervous about reading the reviews but told ourselves everything will be ok, I really wish we had not booked now the fight to get a full refund, I was also called a liar when I sent a written message about the awful experience. Please book your tests with Trinity college!

Friendly staff, clean building. Unlike others reviewing this, the old facilities did not affect my experience. Only downside is not having a car park.
