Tricky to find the entrance. If you want to post anything from here don't bother. There aren't stamps and if there is anything restricted they won't take it.

Office open telephoned 32 times but no one answered the call. Just cut off all the time. Only wanted to ask when a delivery van would be back because I missed a delivery I didn't expect!!!!

I am still receiving Christmas Cards which is a disgraceful service at this time of year therefore postmen have lost any support from me and when ordering online due to their unreliability I will give preference to firms not employing Royal Mail. Consequently many postman will return from strike to find that their jobs are now redundant.

an absolute shambles of a local office, post never arrives before 4pm, postmen who dont put things through the right letterbox, parcels often left in the rain, raising complaints does nothing as they blame it on agency workers

Don't knock our Neston posties they are ace! Especially the long curly haired one, who's name starts with a D. The D should stand for dude as he goes above and beyond every morning and always has a smile, even when it's blowing a hoolie. Thanks lads.

After a delay in London the local Neston office arranged for a delivery of a gift I had ordered out of their normal schedule. Well done to all our lovely posties. I offered a tip but this was refused. Christmas tips clearly pay off. !
