Alice Thompson Purpose Coaching

I've been with Alice for a year now as she has helped me grow my social enterprise from just a thought in my head to the business it is today.I always look forward to our sessions as she helps me structure my thoughts and plans giving me the confidence to get great work done.She is also super great fun to work with.

Having Alice as my coach has been an enjoyable and life-changing experience! She is empathic, understanding and listens really well to what I have to say before responding or providing me with tools to assist me in my mindset or help me reach my goals. She has helped me to build my confidence in a big way, increase my focus and clarity, and helped me to identify my why in one longer session (wow, what an amazing journey that was!)! I have tried initial sessions with other coaches in the past however Alice is the coach I stuck with. I can't believe my luck and I am super grateful to have found her. Thank you Alice!

I started working Alice through group coaching facilitated by my organisation and have thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from her coaching. I was admittedly sceptical of the Enneagram at first, but have been completely converted and am now vehemently spreading the knowledge! It's been a super useful tool to understand both myself and those around me. Alice is also a very approachable person - I felt safe and comfortable during sessions, and never felt judged or talked down to.

I am so happy that I managed to cross paths with Alice! She is an incredible coach and really helped me figure out what I want from my career and my personal life. Alice is so supportive, an incredible active listener and problem solver, and just an all-round amazing person. Her presence is so warming that I always left every session with a huge smile on my face feeling a lot less overwhelmed by everything. I have been working with Alice for a year now seeing her every few months. It first started as an online interaction on calls during Covid however I felt so comfortable with her from the start. It was extremely easy to open up to her and she caters to anything you need. Alice is amazing at pinpointing and picking up what needs to be focused on.
