I ordered this evening in Worthing. I waited for an hour, I questioned where my order was, no 26, as they were calling numbers in the 50’s and 60’s. I was told they were just getting my order. I waited another 1/2 hour and asked again, they said the order had been collected. While a member of staff wrote down my order, they called 26. I said that’s mine. The person told them to redo the whole order. When we finally got our order the food was cold, the milkshakes were watery and the ice creams were melting. The cheeseburger happy meal had no cheese. I have given 1 star as I couldn’t give 0. I will not be returning anytime soon. There were loads of staff, so don’t know what the problem was. There was lots of unhappy customers, supposed to be fast food, what a joke.

Let me first explain: I am not one to leave bad reviews, or even any reviews as matter of fact. But the service here was appalling. I was paying by cash- and my god how disorganised can this McDonalds be not to have someone on the till? I asked the manager, and several members of staff who despite acknowledging me made little to no effort to serve me my order. My friend (who paid by card) had been served her food and eaten before I even put my order in (took roughly 20 minutes of waiting and asking til Jass or Jess - not entirely sure of her name- eventually served me, see you may think I’d appreciate Jass for this, but you’d very wrong, you see Jass was meant to be on the till the whole time). Also chips were dry and I didn’t win monopoly which added fuel to the fire.

This McDonald's location frequently experiences delays, often accompanied by a sizable queue extending beyond the entrance. However, given its status as a McDonald's, it appears that most patrons are willing to endure the extended wait, regardless of the pace of service.

Don’t use the app to order from here. Hour and half later, 4 allocated and then cancelled drivers and we finally get our order. All of it stone cold… on hold for 20 minutes so far…. StillNo answer and no other way to contact/complain - utter rubbish

This place is just too busy and the sheer number of people queuing using the ridiculous system that is implemented in this place makes for massive queues" with nobody being able to hear the orders as they slowly come out. The number of uncollected meals was growing rapidly. One also gets the impression that preparing food for delivery orders gets priority over the many people waiting in person.The process that the kitchen uses is just not fit for purpose when the restaurant is busy - especially during school holidays. The best they can come up with is for the manager to stand on the door and stop people from entering

I ordered online for my self and children, the food was cooked for over half an hour before even being picked up by a driver! The food was freezing like it hadn’t even been cooked! Even the coffee!

Nightmare.When did McDonald’s go so downhill? Fast food, definitely not fast. Had to wait 20 minutes for 6 chicken nuggets?Not to mention that the staff are constantly too lazy to put (paid for) dips in the bag, hand out flat fizzy" drinks and their useless machines that never print out any receipts.The whole place has been taken over by angry delivery drivers

The food was really not good the double 1/4 was like the meat had been left on the side for about a week before they cooked it. The staff aren't very helpful my coffee was cold, chips were probably the best thing I got that day. Overall I will never go to another McDonald's ever. In my opinion uncle Sam's burgers are the best.

I've had five abysmal deliveries from this McDonalds (youd think I'd learn but sometimes the kids want a maccies). The last time, the delivery was an hour late, food items were missing and the burgers werent plain. When I rang the restaurant, they lied about it (I caught them in a lie as luckily the receipt was on the bag). The staff were rude and unhelpful. The manager told me he would sort it with Uber, who are in charge of the mcdonalds app and I didnt hear back. I emailed the next day only to be told that they had forgot. I was given an email for Uber by this staff member, only to be told by Uber that it was a wrong email address for refunds etc.It's been a week and I've not been refunded or looked after.DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY! YOU HAVE NO CHANCE OF GETTING A REFUND IF IT GOES WRONG.
