We were let down by our previous builder and were without a kitchen for 4 weeks (with two very young children to deal with)...We contacted Lifetime who showed huge compassion and found a way to help us out of a difficult situation at very short notice.Very friendly, very professional and very fair in all aspects. We are very grateful.Highly recommended.

We just had Lifetime Installations assemble for us a rather complex Wren kitchen. Two teams worked on this, seamlessly liaising with each other. The last two who did most of the work were Ben and Craig: they were fabulous. We are customers with high attention to detail of execution. The level of workmanship that each of these four fitters was showing was truly outstanding, better than anything we have seen in the past 20+ yrs in the UK. So the ability to attract and retain these people speaks very well for this company. This was all meticulously planned, they use every minute of their working time to the highest effect, came with their own tent for cutting wooden plank etc regardless of bad weather. This involved taking down the old kitchen completely (incl the walls and floorings), replastering, putting in new Woodpecker flooring and then a full kitchen construction. This involved creating a new box to conceal extractor fan pipes and quite a few other tricky items that required very significant attention to detail. When additional unforeseen needs came up they did not hesitate to action them very quickly: one never had to say the same thing twice. The kitchen install had to be coordinated with stone surface templaters, fitters, electrician and plumber. Matt, the manager of the whole team bent over backwards to get us the soonest fitting slots possible. The quality control that the fitters performed when unpacking parts was significant: they spotted (very small) blemishes that we had not seen and got the parts replaced quickly. These people do not cut corners so when you are looking for top quality work, promptly done at the highest level, look no further. They were also very nice and reassuring and a pleasure to interact with. We would recommend this experience unreservedly. Wren can be very pleased to have LifeTime Installations working for them. If we had a second kitchen we would go back to them again without hesitation.

This is the second time we have had Lifetime work on our kitchen and we'd gladly contract them again, if we needed more work. Their staff are polite, attentive, highly professional and clearly committed to great customer service. Throughout the process we felt listened to and valued. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Full replacement and fitting of new kitchen and appliances, All staff form first point of call surveying to actual fitting were punctual and hard working, tidied up after themselves and worked well given some gales and wet weather! All electrical and plumbing work undertaken was done to high standard and no question was too daft, put me at my ease and responded well to any snagging issues we had. I would use again

First time meeting Jamie made that 1st impression. He listen to what we wanted and suggested what would work with our idea.From confirming that we wanted to go ahead, 3 weeks later Daniel and Paul turned up and OMG. within a day a new wall was up and whole kitchen was ripped out to bare stud work. They worked like troopers and not once mention my constant tidying up behind them. Lol.Within 10 working days my wife had the beautiful kitchen she always wanted.I cant thank the team at Lifetime Installations enough and would recommend to anybody looking for that profession team to do there remodeling work.THANKS GUYS.UPDATE: It's been several months since the kitchen installation and we're both still loving it.THE DOWNSIDE:There's always some slight issues that arise with any work and we have a couple. After many emails and a couple of phone calls the after service is awful.We have a cupboard with a hole in it were a door handle should be, no certificates for the electrical work / gas and hob that cuts out because there's not enough ventilation underneath it.These may seem small issues to some but it does reflect on how bad things are when they take your money then ignore your requests to have things resolved.

I absolutely cannot fault this company lovely friendly hard working and most of all they were always on time to start another day I'm absolutely so proud of of the result of my kitchen.
