There is nothing better than a gregs sausage roll. Sometime have a que but it moves pretty quick. Wouldn't by a sausage roll anywhere else.

Fabulous, good service, good quality, pleasant friendly staff. A busy place. They run a loyalty card scheme where you collect 'stamps' for free coffee.

Ok, not enough variety of sandwiches on shelf, they charge more to eat in when it should be a social hub , no one else in town charges you to eat in , bit expensive , but staff lovely .

Though the drive would be a brilliant idea but we had to wait for 25 mins even though we were 2nd in the queue once we had our food the young boy that served us was rude and miserable. Drove away only to find order was completely wrong and what we did have was stone cold. To top off this dreadful Gregg's store I ordered a latte and there was no sugar there. Shocking store. Hope they improve as we love Greggs normally

Absolutely disgusting!!!not even the dog would touch the bacon it was solid as a rock.The staff all need to attend a course on food hygiene and customer service skills.I will go to Jenkins from now on.

Used to be a lovely friendly bakery. Since refit the staff a rude .no smile or eye contact. Where is the customer service gone .I'd rather go to jenkins .a smile would be nice .need to be retrained. Go to a swansea greggs lush service.

The cashier was rather rude, refused us deals being advertised because she claims “its already gone through the till”. After she told us she has done it again and added the deals on, we paid and asked for a receipt, she pulled of 4 receipts that she said wasn’t ours then said the machine is broken. We asked for her to write it out so we could split the bill as it was a large order. The written receipt doesn’t make sense to our order. Overall the service was poor our food was cold will not be returning to this greggs anytime soon.
