Business under new ownership in January 2022

My other half was in there go 5 weeks and all that time he had no hot water in his bathroom except when a maintenance worker sorted it and within 10 minutes of him going no hot water. Apparently what you have to do is turn the tap quarter of the way round and leave it for a bit and then turn it around the rest of the way. Also his bedroom floor no carpet with that no problem was not even cleaned more than once in five weeks they would do it on the floor leaves from outside when the doors open just everywhere in the room One time he asked one of the carers to put his socks on because his feet were cold and he just simply said to and I haven’t got time I’ll be back later he never turned up. I could go on and on and on about this nursing home in my opinion it should be open the smell was also horrendous first few days were okay but then it went downhill very fast. I hope this helps people to make up if they should use this nursing home you have been warned

Terrible experince for my mum in law. Massive turn over with the staff very slack in so many ways very disappointed

I would not recommend this “Care” Home to anyone. My father with Alzheimer’s lasted 3 days in here until we removed him due to neglect. It is badly managed and vastly understaffed.
