Decent tiling and good shower installation for over-bath shower, retiled small wall in bathroom. However terrible quality work for replacement door frame, used the old water damaged wood, poor plasterboarding - at angle over top of skirting. When silicone around bath leaked due to a combination of poor communication and bad choices by both parties, no responsibility taken, many promises to take a look but never showed up and ignored repeated requests to check the work. During the work itself rarely showed up when expected. Appalling after job care, cannot take criticism, will not admit to mistakes made, rude and confrontational in messages to customer.
