Got recommended 3 solicitors.First solicitors was completely irrelevant, drop the case after realising it wasn’t the type of property they look after.Second Solicitor wasn’t able to look after me as apparently they didn’t work with my lender.Third Solicitor managed to pull out my mortgage deal I was granted months ago.Now I am back to case one.Lifetime legal was fast at taking my money. But their services were completely useless. It looks like they just use template and don’t look into cases at all. So far I lost months of my time.J.

Lifetime Legal helped me when the house I was purchasing fell through. Due to the buyer pulling out at the last minute, which left me with approx. £600 out of pocket in survey & local searches fee. The Mover Protection product that they provide can in hand, and I was able to claim back the money I had spent on purchasing the property.Their customer service was one of the best I have dealt with, they were very understanding and reinsured me that they would investigate my situation. The claim form was easy to complete, and they also provide me an alternative PDF form which I could email, but I found the online one worked better for me.The information they required was straight forward to complete and documents were easy to attach and send the claim to them. They acknowledged the claim, and I received regularly updates until my claim was settled.My overall experience with Lifetime Legal has been a very positive one and when I purchase a new property I will be using lifetime Legal again.

Great experience with Tamika over the phone, she is insightful, well spoken and I appreciate how responsive she has been to my emails.However, when buying a property, be aware once you paid the mandatory £75 membership fee which they say is an ID Check" you will be enrolled and auto-billed a monthly charge of £7.99 and it was not made clear how to cancel this membership."

Newton Fallowell estate agent forced in to this so called membership!!!The entire experience with this company feels like a complete joke. Dealing with them in the context of a property purchase seems entirely unnecessary. From my observations, it appears to be a convoluted setup, with Lifetime Legal and Estate agents at the core, aimed at extracting money from customers through a forced and unnecessary process. It feels like a deliberate scheme designed to make you pay for services that aren't genuinely required.

My partner and I spoke with Jodie Ryan today regarding buying our first every home. Jodie was extremely helpful, and made what seems like a daunting time much more understandable. Jodie has also extended her help out to us for any questions or concerns we may have. She was very friendly, and took her time to ensure that we fully understood what we needed to do. Thanks Jodie!

When purchasing my first home I became a member with Lifetime Legal, they helped with getting the searches arranged and finding a local solicitor. Unfortunately, the seller pulled out last minute but I was able to claim back some of the money spent on the purchase through their mover protection scheme. I would recommend anyone buying, but especially first time buyers with little experience in the process, to consider looking into Lifetime Legal. If nothing else, for peace of mind when moving.

I had a call from Danielle Wake today to finalise our subscription to Lifetime Legal. She was clear, efficient and able to answer all my questions. She was also particularly lovely to talk to. And for someone like me with fairly poor hearing i was able to understand everything which is not always the case when I'm on the phone. Thank you.

Clear instructions from Ben explaining what everything is for, also polite and patient with questions I had.As for lifetime legal themselves their quote was 300 pounds more expensive than another solicitor I had for a property of almost exactly the same price a couple of months previously, not sure why but I still went with them for less hassle.

Monthly payment plan set up without my consent - money being taken from card details I gave them to pay for my laundering checks. When I said they had not asked for my consent nor had I at time indicated consent, they said they had assumed consent from my silence! I’m pretty sure this is illegal. Initially they said they couldn’t cancel it because it had gone through, then agreed to cancel.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Tamika in purchasing an apartment! She has been a huge help. I especially appreciated how responsive she has been to all my emails!
