My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. As good as everything looks on the plate, as artificial and aggressive is the taste. I got to try the strawberry&cream crepe and the raspberry&white chocolate crepe. Both were drowned in the respective sauces (picture attached). All sauces tasted excessively sweet and most notably cheap. I have no idea what they did to that white chocolate sauce because even the smallest amount pasted up my mouth and overwhelmed every other flavours that might have been present. And don't get me started on the dough of the crepe, which seemed to be some kind of ready-made pancake dough from the supermarket across the street.They try to make up for the lack of quality of their ingredients by using lots of them, but it doesn't work at all.

Great - but could be improved!Love the decor, seats are so comfy - though the table myself and my friend were sat at was extremely wobbly.I had never been to a creams cafe before and loved this experience - I ordered a banoffee Nutella waffle with a side of mango ice cream and Raspberry ice cream, whilst my friend ordered a 'make your own waffle' with Oreos and M&Ms with Oreo ice cream. The portion sizes are huge - well worth the price. Though I would say the charging of extra toppings is not consistent and the price of ice creams is quite high for what it is.Service is extremely quick and friendly, however it would be good if guests could choose their own seat rather than being put to a table as this made me feel uncomfortable as I would have preferred not to have sat directly next to the open patio style doors meaning all the commotion from the city centre was drafted in and everyone walking by could look eighth at us.

NOT VERY ITALIAN IN MY OPINION. I've had the pleasure of the real thing and this place comes no where close to it. The ice cream is decidedly average, tasting much like a supermarkets own brand; one flavour in particular came with a bit of a funky after-taste.The staff were a mixed bag. One girl very friendly and polite the rest pretty surly and indifferent!For the price it's not a place I'd recommend in truth...unless you're easily please and drawn to pretty lights and gimmicks!?

If you are craving sugar, this is the place!!!!With sooooo many options of waffles, pancakes, crepes, sundaes, ice creams, bubble waffles and make you own! Reasonable prices. Nice and comfy seating area, clean toilets, friendly staff, and good music!!!I absolutely love it!

First time. I ordered a nutella crepe with strawberries and banana deliocious couldnt eat it all so took rest away with me. Quite nice .

This is very hit and miss as the ice cream we had was nice but the scooped cream was very bland. The whipped ice cream however was amazing!The waffles were really good as well as the apple crumble but felt that the price and the taste of the scooped ice cream made it quite disappointing for something that looked and sounded amazing.I would highly recommend the apple crumble waffles or the banoffe bubble pop waffles but I would leave the sundae.

Waffle was very good and large portion. A little pricey but good dessert option with ample seating.

I brought my son here for a treat on Saturday, they were supposed to be open at 11 but didn't open until 11.25. It is very nicely decorated with big comfy booths, you are seated with your menus (they have a children's menu also with puzzles ect) you then have to go up and order. The menu has a vast amount of desserts on it to choose from and it was ready in a matter of minutes! My son had an adults m&m ice cream sundae which was huge and he loved it! However I got the choose your own waffle with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce but the chocolate sauce was vile tasting cheap chocolate and it was drenched in it absolutely ruining it, luckily my son will eat just about anything.....The hunt for the best waffle place continues!

Without a doubt the best dessert I've ever eaten! For a fantastic price I was served an absolutely huge thick waffle that was so warm and so fluffy, this came with some amazing toppings and was topped off with some fantastic ice cream (or gelato?), I would absolutely recommend coming here and ordering anything - it all looks great!

Very funny and happy atmosphere here. Huge menu and high quality products. The taste of Gelato is awesome. Do not forget to order a waffle, it's huge and massive with different flavours. Defenelly to visit again!
