This is such a female friendly garage, i trust Billy the manager and all the staff with whatever they have to do to my car is always the best decision and is always done with a full explaination and reason for the repair required. Prices always given estimated beforehand so no nasty surprises. I always recommend these guys to everyone i know.

Came for an MOT and was done while I waited. The guys are brilliant and really helpful.Came for a retest and they fitted me in a very busy time. And where really helpful as well. I would recommend this to everyone who needs the job done professionally as these guy are the expert in their job.

Recently visited for puncture repair . While doing so , Informed by fitter my brake pads were needing replaced. So bad , metal on metal . Also told my shock absorber leaking . Again replacement needed . Went away to get me a price . I got on phone to my usual mechanic to get his price , also asking if he could do repair . Farmers manager stepped in as i finished the call , telling me , shock absorber was fine , only wet due to water spray from road. Pads were wearing out, ok for now . Come back after a few hundred miles for recheck . Meanwhile my usual mechanic checked and said they were completey fine. These were the rear pads he himself had replaced at my last service . I returned to farmers .... who do i trust ? Wanted their opinion after i had completed a few hundred miles . This time , another fitter told me they were absolutely fine, good for at least 4000 miles !!.... Same garage , 3 very different opinions . Manager , Billy , apologised. Needless to say i wont be returning !...... One star rating given for friendly manner of staff and due to fact manager repeatedly said they / he was very honest . That may be the case ? ... If so, training requirements greatly needed in this particular establishment . ... apart from the last guy who gave the same diagnosis as my usual mechanic .

Ordering tyres at short notice, they will endeavour to get hold of the tyres you need.I had a great experience.Called after hitting a pot hole and having 2 blowouts.Spoke to Billy, told me they never had the tyres in stock. This was Friday at 2pm and would be Monday for delivery.He took my number and said he would check if could do anymore for me.He called me back about 25 min later.He had arranged for someone to pick up the tyre I needed from the suppliers in Falkirk and deliver it to them.Fantastic.Called the AA and they picked the car up and myself, took me to Farmers in Paisley.As soon as we arrived they took the car in and fitted the tyres and back on the road in 20 min.My number 1 tyre fitters in future.

Woke up to a flat tyre due to big nail in it. Contacted branch at Inchinnan road Paisley and puncture was repaired within an hour and only cost £25. Outstanding service. Would highly recommend.

Always try to fit you in no matter how busy. Never been let down by them, advice sound, no rip-offs with what you need. Trustworthy. Great value. Been going there for years. Definitely recommend Farmer Autocare. Thanks again.

The guy saw my car on a saturday, was very clear about what i had. Even when I couldnt carry the work with him he took their time to check it on a saturday when he was supposed to be close. Thanks again
