Burger King

Pretty awful experience here this evening. Our order took 20 minutes to be prepared on a really quiet evening and then didn't contain one of the burgers we ordered. We asked 3 times again for the burger until we were then given 2 of the same burger. We'd finished the rest of our meal by then. Our children were also ignored when they asked really politely for some ketchup. One staff member just walked away from them and never seemingly returned. Awful, awful service. We think they got a previous customer's order wrong as well. This is not fast food. We're leaving an hour after we arrived!

Ref Ross on Wye.Touch screens work when they want to. Everybody kept telling staff that the machines were not issuing numbered receipts, therefore everybody was getting each others meals and had no receipts to prove who's was who's. An issue which could have been rectified easily by the manager who seemed out of his depth.

Worst Burger King i have ever been to. Staff were all stood around talking to each other, all tables littered with rubbish, floors dirty, no-one serving on the tills.After ordering food took a while to come, when it did it was cold. Paid extra for ordinary coke but this was unavailable. No sauces available even though they were ordered and marked as available on the tablet ordering machine.Staff were rude and unhelpful and generally could not be bothered to be there.Toilets were absolutely disgusting, no toilet roll, stains all over the pan, sinks hadn't seen a cloth - told a member of staff and they proceeded to talk to their colleagues rather than take action.Would never come back based on the rudeness and cleanliness of the place.

Popped here at the beginning of the week (Monday evening) spent £16 on a meal wish I hadn't bothered.Loaded fries £5 tasted good and the fries were hot but was just half a box of fries with topping on.Milkshake the syrup must have run out as the strawberry shake was white and didn't have much flavour.The xl bacon double cheeseburger was cold.

Welcome to the worst Burger King in Wales. Self service machines were broken, staff were unhelpful and surly. One larger lady was shouting at a younger member of staff. Restaurant was dirty and management never appeared. After a reasonable amount of time I left to Starbucks next door which was a million times better. Avoid unless you want the comedy Faulty Towers style service.

A good new Burger King ordered a Double cheese burger meal, food was hot and presented well. Brilliant part of the restaurant you dispense your own beverage so can have a refill and add as much ice as wanted. The restaurant and toilets were clean and well presented. Ample Parking was available but may be limited in busy hours.Will visit again if passing.

Dreadful! We stopped for a drive through meal on our way back to Wales.As we were the only ones there our order was taken, promptly, but when I drove to the collection window we had to wait for at least ten minutes before anybody acknowledged that we were there. Then the window opened and we received a lame apology for the wait.As mentioned in previous reviews, the fries were hot and tasty, but both of our burgers were cold and looked like they’d been thrown together.But as there have been so many poor reviews and nothing seems to have changed, I doubt that any action will be taken to improve.

Rubbish. everywhere. This is probably the worst bk i have ever been to in my life! Me and my family walk in and instantly our happy mood dropped. There was trash in all sorts of places and no tables were free from trash, we thought we would be okay and just find a table and put what ever trash on the table into the bin but unfortunately we couldn't find a bin anywhere because there was only one little bin right by the front door away from where people ate their food. Speaking of the food it was difficult to order using the screens and the staff were too mardy to help properly. After a while of waiting we finally got our food and the plantbased whopper we got was nice but half of my fries were a brown colour, the drink was good though but it was only a little cold like it had been out for a bit just before it hit room temperature. There was music playing but it was terrible, it felt like it was going on forever and some people in my family were covering their ears to try to block out the awful music, it was so stressful listening to it and my anxiety was through the roof. I had an awful stomach ache and felt sick in this place so before we left i went to the toilet. The ladies had a sign saying 'out of order, use disabled toilets' but when i went in the disabled there was litter swept away in corners and the floor looked very dirty. There was also ABSOLUTELY NO toilet paper anywhere and NO SOAP!! I felt discusting walking out and the second we left and the door shut silencing the music and the fresh air surrounded us i finally felt better. I will still never get over this experience and will never be returning. Another thing to note was i heard there is supposed to be a toy with kids meals but we received none when we ordered one, we asked the person at the counter and he said in a mardy tone 'here' and shrugged pointing to the kids meal so we just assumed they dont do them anymore. I wish i could rate it 0 stars but i cant to ill just do the minimum: 1 star.

Never had a Burger king at this new restaurant in Ross, so we thought we would give it a go. Went to use the ordering machine and at the point of payment it crashed! So we had to go to the counter to re-order which is a pain but hats off to the staff member he was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. But the food was sub par if I'm honest burgers seemed dry and tasted burnt, chicken nuggets were dry. Wasn't a fan won't visit again. Well done to the guy that served us though nice lad.

We used their kiosk to order our food, the screen showed an error in the order and then gave us a number to collect our food. We noticed the payment had left our bank account. We approached the staff at the counter who told us our order had not gone through, we told them a payment had gone through on our bank account, the staff told us no transaction was showing on their system. After 15mins of waiting we had noticed the payment had disappeared from our account so we left. 2 days later a payment had been taken from us, after being told nothing was on their system and our order not being given to us. Absolutely disgusting that a company can get away with this! Avoid at all costs!!
